Objective: This course provides foundational information for new hires at Cascade Ice in order to streamline the onboarding process and increase employee productivity. Cascade Ice experiences a large influx of business from May-September each year. This training supports new employees in becoming familiarized with their specific duties and pertinent HR policies.

Audience: Healthcare professionals who work with new mothers

 

Objective: This course supports healthcare workers who work with new mothers by reviewing the signs and symptoms of postpartum depression. It serves as a refresher for the most common signs and symptoms of PPD to decrease the number of women who are experiencing PPD without a diagnosis and professional support.

Problem: Cascade Ice experiences large numbers of seasonal hires each year and wished to mitigate the time it takes to onboard these employees.

 

Solution: This training provides learners with pertinent information about human resource policies and their duties and responsibilities in order to decrease the amount of on-the-job training, and increase the rate at which seasonal hires can begin actively contributing.

Problem: Studies show that up to 1 in 8 women will experience PPD. It is estimated that 50% of new mothers are not diagnosed with PPD by a health professional. 

​

Solution: This training provides a review for healthcare professionals of the signs and symptoms of postpartum depression. It uses a scenario-based interaction that allows the learner to determine whether or not a new mother may be experiencing PPD symptoms in order to better support them.

Problem: Due to recent growth in X company’s profits, there is an immediate need for the hiring of 2,000+ new employees in the technical sector. In order to interview and hire quality candidates, X company needs to provide more in-depth training for its HR interviewers who partner with hiring managers to secure quality candidates and streamline the hiring process.

Solution: This course provides HR Interviewers with essential professional requirements for conducting interviews. This course trains interviewers on strategies to prepare and conduct efficient interviews.  HR Interviewers will be able to conduct interviews that result in hiring individuals who have the technical skills to successfully complete the job and also align with X’s business values and culture.

Problem: An increase in the number of workplace conflicts. Human resource employees are being required to mitigate conflict in the workplace and need additional training on how to solve conflicts and reduce recurring conflicts.

 

Solution: This training provides learners with a step-by-step process on how to manage conflict in the workplace. The rate of unresolved conflicts will decrease and the learners are able to manage conflict successfully while creating systems to solve future situations of conflict.
