Senior Instructional Designer

With experience developing adult training materials for the electric utility industry and the public works sector, she brings a strong understanding of how to simplify complex information for diverse audiences. She excels in collaborative teams and values strong relationships to achieve the best outcomes.
One of the projects Hannah is working on involves collaborating with a local city public works department to update and simplify Operations and Maintenance manuals, making them clearer and more user-friendly. Hannah is passionate about capturing and sharing critical information through well-structured documentation and on-the-job training to empower employees to perform their roles confidently and equipped with essential knowledge.

When she is not working, she loves to stay active, whether it’s riding her Peloton, lifting, or going for walks with her two adorable sons. She and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors and visiting family whenever they can.

Megan Deede-Jones

Megan is an experienced website designer with a focus on collaborating with small businesses to help elevate their online presence. Megan believes the best websites are aesthetically interesting, easy to navigate, and function intuitively. ​
​Megan is an instructional designer as well and is drawn to the vast design capabilities available in industry-standard design programs such as Articulate Storyline 360, and Articulate Rise 360. She is dedicated to helping organizations launch or improve training to enable a more cohesive learning experience.

Outside of her working hours, Megan spends the majority of her time in creative pursuits including sewing and painting. She also looks forward to swimming laps at her community pool and spending time with her spouse and family.
