Welcome to Put it Plainly. I started this blog to share what I’ve learned (and am still learning) on my journey from classroom educator to instructional designer and technical writer. Over the years, I’ve gone from planning lessons for students to designing training that helps adults do their jobs more safely, confidently, and effectively.
